Pregnancy
Online with Emily Rydbom, CN, BHCN, CNP
This time will be spent evaluating baby’s gestational needs & mother’s carrying needs through unique lab work, genomic* assessment and customized nutrition and supplementation support. Each trimester will represent a change in nutrition & nutrient needs and a plan will be given at every meeting. Ideally these visits are scheduled at the beginning of each trimester. All nutrition consultation is reviewed with Dr. Leslie Stone.

DOB, best email, best contact number, and current address.
Please expect a wait time of 3-5 days before your plan is completed. An invoice will be generated and after it is paid, your plan will then be sent with all supporting documents and materials via email. Follow-up email correspondence is available, but kept to 10 minute responses or less. Should additional time be needed, a follow-up will be suggested.

Postpartum
Online with Emily Rydbom, CN, BHCN, CNP
This time will be spent evaluating the last trimester of pregnancy and the birth story. We will assess patterns of health or vulnerability within pregnancy and discuss how those patterns can change the postpartum time period. These visits will focus in on hormonal balance, breastfeeding support and review maternal nutrient needs for the 1st year postpartum. Additional genomic* assessment and customized nutrition and supplementation support can be offered. Ideally these visits are scheduled starting in the late 3rd trimester and continue on through the baby’s 1st year. All nutrition consultation is reviewed with Dr. Leslie Stone.

First Foods
Online with Emily Rydbom, CN, BHCN, CNP
First food introduction is exciting and nerve wracking! This time will be spent discussing dietary patterns in infancy, best first foods, ways to improve allergic response or decrease the risk of adverse response, and how to transition between breastmilk or formula, solid food and into breastmilk or formula cessation. We review the latest research and practical ways to ensure you are “raising adventurous eaters,” in a way that is balancing and fun for the whole family. Multiple feeding practices are reviewed such as Baby Led Weaning, Weston A. Price infant feeding recommendations, puree/texture feeding, and hypoallergenic feeding. Ideally these visits are scheduled around 4-5 months postpartum and continue intermittently throughout your baby’s early years (3-4 years old). All nutrition consultation is reviewed with Dr. Leslie Stone.
